At Operandi, we believe there is a better way to deliver projects. A simpler, more collaborative way, where the focus is on working product over the non-value add work that teams typically get embroiled in. We’re obsessively passionate about this, and our mission is to help people achieve it.
We do this by working with individuals and teams either as mentors or in delivery leadership roles to help apply practices that work. These practices are specific to the individual or organisation and the challenge they face, not the generic, boiler-plate practices that adherents to a specific methodology will espouse.
Why are we called Operandi?
We take our name from the Latin phase modus operandi, commonly translated as “ways of working”. The root of the word operandi,
oper, has evolved since roman times to become a word for any work that is planned, acted on, and carried through. That simplicity of "work" resonates with us and underpins everything we do.
